Monthly Fitness Challenge - May

This month is all about moving! There are two options, one for those who workout on the regular and those who don’t.

  1. If you already workout daily, add 100 reps of anything to the end of your workouts.

  2. If you don’t work out, get out there and move… do 50 total reps of any exercise(s) daily!!

Pick your favorite exercise or mix it up to challenge yourself. Just make sure to do all of your reps, they’ll go quicker than you think!
