Our workouts can be fuelled by many different emotions. For me, I just love to move and see improvement. I love to see that I can do hard things and I really love accomplishing goals. Sometimes, there are days where my workouts are completely fuelled by stress and are more of a release. One thing I know for sure, is whatever I'm feeling, I feel even better after I move my body. I encourage you to find what moves you, and MOVE!
