October Fitness Challenge

  1. Figure out something you can do at work, everyday, to move your body! Some of my favorites are, a quick walk, tricep dips, air squats while I heat up my coffee… do it EVERY DAY! 

  2. 20 db thrusters, daily! 

  3. 1 minute daily plank hold. Try to increase by at least 15 seconds each week to see how long you can hold by Halloween! If 1 minute is already easy for you, use a more challenging length of time!
