I started working out around March of 2017, with the intentions of toning up my skinny but squishy body and relieving some serious anxiety issues. Little did I know the impact it would have on my life. I no longer experience mild panic or anxiety attacks, my mind is clear, I feel the best I have felt in my entire life, oh, and I’m not squishy anymore! I don’t want to shove my fitness lifestyle down your throats, but I do want to try to help inspire you to MOVE! Self care is so important, and you do have time for it, I promise. There actually aren’t any excuses legit enough to stop you from moving. In this section, I plan to post motivational quotes or pictures, I’ll reference some of my favourite fitness podcasts and share some of my own workouts. In the very near future, I’ll start posting monthly fitness challenges that anyone can do with little to no equipment! If I can motivate you just a little bit to start taking care of your physical health, then I’ve done my job!
